Излезе проектът на бюджет. Скоростно се връща една глупост, която преди 5-6 години беше отменена след силно недоволство от бизнеса. Т.нар. СУПТО - задължително ползване на държавно-одобрен софтуер в търговски обекти. Аргументите против това са десетки. Проблемите бяха стотици. И затова беше отменено. Сега се връща без срок за подготовка. Влиза в сила от 1-ви януари. Поредна анти-бизнес мярка. Нула реформи, само още тормоз.
