Excellent demonstration and 2 exercises almost everyone should be doing. Shows high physical movement competency.
When I was making physical competency framework for youth athletes, these two were in there.

Goals keep changing, and so does training. But nothing quite matches the feeling of lifting a heavy barbell .

@Fittrwithkj Relax them hands and try to control your strides. Quite a bit of over striding.

@manisha_kat It’s a slow process, combination of slow runs and running at your vO2 or threshold pace.

@Fittrwithkj Umm i hate to do this. But you are overstriding by a lot here. You are about 6-8 inches ahead of your body here at the landing.
I know I might be a stranger to you here but show it to the best running coach you know and they ll tell you the same.

@matkashbakihai I have realised over years that your threshold pace running should have really good form if you wanna progress without fucking up your lower body through injuries.

@matkashbakihai Mad pace, but slight overstriding. Essentially if your heel is not lifting to just about the mid of your hammies at the back, the form isn’t efficient. People get away with higher cadence at higher speed but not sustainable for longer distances.

@matkashbakihai lol. Gym to main bhi karta hu, doenst take a genius to see if your foot is landing ahead of body. Like it’s running 101.
It’s not like i am telling him about hand swing efficiency or hip height being not deviating.

Yes the (increased) pace shouldn’t have this much diversion on your running form. It’s highly inefficient for 15kmph.
You don’t have to agree to me, just slow down/pause the video at the point when your foot lands on the treadmill, you ll realise it way far in front of your body, ie overstriding

It’s a natural stride at a fast pace
Same at 06:00 doesn’t appear this way & id disagree, it’s not over striding
