It was a picture-perfect evening for baseball in The Village, and @eccabbroyals celebrated Senior Night with a 12-2 win over Rockwood. Jayce Simon struck out eight over four innings without allowing an earned run, Jack Kidd was 3-for-3 and Aston Baldwin drove in the winning run.

The Lady Royals came alive early, as Ella Borebeck blasted a two-run home run to left to spark an 11-run first inning. Eagleton tacked on four more runs in the second to enact a 15-0, three-inning run-rule over Washburn.
