Sure. The Ghana Card is managed by Identity Management Systems, a subsidiary of the Margins Group, under a 15 year deal signed in 2018. Total cost over that period is $1.2 billion confirmed by the NIA themselves. The company operates the system until 2033 then hands it over to government.
