Instead of finding out who paid the former attorney general's legal bill, we get to find out the identity of a twitter account that (for some reason) has certain people's knickers in a knot. Is that about right?

I was having breakfast in my hotel today when an American asked me about Zambia🇿🇲. I explained that we have 10 provinces compared to their 50 states: Lusaka = a mix of New York + the Washington metropolitan area (DMV). Government, finance, embassies, deal-making, networking and everyone acting “busy.” Southern = Texas + California. Cattle, farming, big land, quiet money, business-minded people, and Victoria Falls & Lake Kariba carrying the tourism economy. Copperbelt = Michigan + Pennsylvania. Industrial backbone. Mining towns. Old money. Union vibes. People who remember when the economy was “serious.” North-Western = Alaska. Rich in natural resources, sparsely populated, and everyone believes the future is there. Western = Louisiana. Strong cultural identity, flood plains, proud traditions, and its own rhythm entirely. Eastern = Iowa + Kansas. Agriculture, hardworking people, and quietly influential politically. Central = Ohio. Right in the middle of everything. Farms, transport links, mining, logistics. The “swing province” energy. Northern = Washington. Rain, greenery, lakes, waterfalls and underrated natural beauty. Muchinga = Colorado. Mountains, scenery, adventure, wilderness and people forgetting how beautiful it actually is. Luapula = Minnesota + a little Florida fishing-town energy. Water everywhere. Fish economy. Relaxed pace of life. Hidden tourism potential. Zambia is basically America compressed into 10 provinces… just with better weather, less stress, nshima, fewer lights and highways. 🇿🇲

Western Australia just bought its own diesel reserve. Not from the federal government but a separate state owned stockpile, stored in Wyndham in the Kimberley, controlled entirely by WA. Not to be shared with any other state. The reason is that some of the fuel counted in Australia’s national reserve isn’t physically located in WA. It can’t reach remote communities, mining operations or farms when the distribution chain breaks down, which it did in March, when some WA miners were running on 5 days of supply. WA uses a quarter of Australia’s total diesel. The deal they just signed is 4 million litres, potentially expanding to 12 million. The agricultural sector alone is already 10 million litres short. At best, this buys less than 4 days. The national stockpile is now down to 31 days of diesel. The IEA minimum is 90. Australia hasn’t met it since 2012. A whole state government had to buy its own fuel reserve because it can’t rely on the national one.

We were at a family gathering and someone made one of those tired jokes like, “Enjoy it now, marriage changes everything.” Before I could even react, my husband smiled and said, “Yeah, it does change everything. It makes it better.” The room went quiet for a second. He added, “I don’t feel trapped. I feel chosen. Every day I wake up knowing I get to do life with the love of my life. That’s not a loss—that’s a blessing.” I just stood there pretending to focus on my plate because my eyes were starting to water. People love to talk about marriage like it’s the end of freedom. But the way he talks about it?
Like it’s the greatest decision he ever made. And that means everything to me.

Denzel Washington played Steve Biko Morgan Freeman played Nelson Mandela Jennifer Hudson portrayed Winnie Mandela Don Cheadle portrayed Paul Rusesabagina Forest Whitaker played Idi Amin Danny Glover played Kwame Nkrumah Eriq La Salle portrayed Patrice Lumumba And the list goes on… For decades, African American actors were cast to portray African figures, and we did not complain the way you are now… Get over it!

I really had to question what I was seeing on these statements of expenditure. We have utilised less than $4k TOTAL. Because we are privileged and covered costs privately. I was so busy working, I thought it made sense to let a plan manager 'manage' it. This is one bloody month!

-Men hate broke women, but 33 year old Cardi B is worth over $101 million, married, is an amazing mother yet men hate her - Men hate women who love to party, but hate going to parties with no women. -Men hate women who have s*x yet want to have s*x with women. - Men HATE independent women yet hate for they own woman to be dependent on them. -Men hate women who dress provocatively, yet cheat with women who wear HO€ shit. - Men HATE with a passion women buying whole houses and cars with OnlyFans yet they are the MAIN CONSUMERS Make it make sense... What do you conclude from this?

I dislike when people say "I know her, I went to school with her,” We graduated almost 10 years ago & you knew me as a teenager. I'm sure you can't even recall the last time you had a conversation with me. You honestly have no idea about my life or transition into womanhood. So no you do not know me, you knew me.

"My son, Leo, is autistic. He’s non-verbal and terrified of loud noises. Haircuts are a nightmare. We’ve been asked to leave three different salons because he screams when the clippers turn on. I walked into a small barbershop on 4th Street, ready for another disaster. 'He has autism,' I told the barber, a heavily tattooed guy named Mike. 'If he screams, we’ll leave.' Mike looked at Leo, who was hiding behind my leg. Mike didn't say a word. He walked over to the door and flipped the sign to 'Closed.' He turned off the music. He turned off the buzzing fluorescent lights. Then, he sat on the floor next to Leo. He pulled out a pair of scissors and a comb. He didn't force Leo into the chair. He cut his hair right there on the floor. He let Leo hold the comb. He stopped every time Leo flinched. It took an hour. Usually, a haircut takes 15 minutes. When he was done, Leo looked handsome. And he was smiling. I went to pay. 'How much extra for your time?' I asked, reaching for my wallet. Mike shook his head. 'No charge,' he said. 'He sat still better than most of my regular customers.' He handed Leo a lollipop. 'See you next month, buddy.' I walked out to the car and cried. In a world that demands we all fit in, thank God for the people who make room for those who stand out." Men are finally experiencing what its like to be a woman and they can’t stand it. For Decades, women have been judged on the way they look, what they bring to the table and how they can serve the man. Now that women have access to their own funds ,their own housing, their own jobs it is a different ball game for these men and they don't like it. women are finally asking what do you bring to the table because I already have everything I need….basically we're judging men on their looks, their finances, and what they bring to the table so we're flipping the script and this has brought a resurgence and men whining & being like “I can't find anyone” “male loneliness epidemic”…..so basically women are doing the same thing men have been doing to us since the beginning of time, AND THEY ARE NOT LIKING IT

You can be a good guy and still be a bad partner. You might be kind, faithful, and nonviolent, yet constantly turned away from the relationship, leaving her to carry all the responsibility for connection. The bare minimum of ‘I don’t abuse you’ is not the same as ‘I show up as a nourishing, present man’.

"My kid came home from school talking about the weird lunch lady. "Mom, she's so strange. She memorizes everyone's name by the third day. Like, all 600 kids." I figured she was exaggerating. Teenagers do that. Then parent-teacher night happened. I was running late, hadn't eaten, saw the cafeteria was open. Grabbed a sandwich. The lunch lady, older woman with gray hair in a hairnet, was cleaning tables. "You're Zoe's mom," she said without looking up. I stopped. "How'd you know?" "Same eyes. She sits table seven, always picks the apples nobody wants because they're bruised. Drinks chocolate milk even though she's lactose intolerant. Hurts herself rather than waste food." I stood there, stunned. "You know this about my daughter?" "I know it about all of them." She kept wiping tables. Started talking, not to me exactly, just... talking. "Marcus, table three, his dad left last year. Always takes double servings on Fridays because there's less food at home on weekends. Jennifer counts calories out loud to punish herself. Brett throws away lunches his mom packs because kids make fun of the ethnic food, but he's starving by sixth period. Ashley's parents are divorcing, she stress-eats in the bathroom." "Why are you telling me this?" She finally looked at me. "Because you're all at parent-teacher conferences talking about grades. Nobody's talking about this. About who's eating, who's not, who's hurting." "What do you do about it?" "What can I do? I'm the lunch lady. I make sure Marcus gets those extra servings without asking. I tell Jennifer the calorie counts are wrong, lower than they are. I pack Brett containers of his mom's food labeled as 'cafeteria leftovers' so he can eat it without shame. I bought Zoe lactose-free chocolate milk with my own money, tell her we're trying a new brand." I felt like I'd been punched. "Does anyone know you do this?" "The kids who need to know, know. That's enough." I went home and couldn't stop thinking about it. Started asking Zoe questions. She confirmed everything. "Yeah, Mrs. Chen just... sees people. She stopped my friend from... she helped when nobody else noticed." Turns out, Mrs. Chen had worked at that school for 22 years. Made $14 an hour. Knew the story of every struggling kid who came through her lunch line. Never reported it, never made it official, just adjusted portions, swapped items, paid for things quietly. Teachers didn't know the extent. Administrators had no idea. She just showed up, served food, and saved kids in ways nobody measured. Last year, Mrs. Chen had a stroke. Had to retire. The school hired someone new. Efficient. Fast. Didn't learn names. Within three months, the guidance counselor's office was flooded. Kids breaking down. Nobody could figure out why. Until one kid finally said it: "Mrs. Chen knew when we were drowning. She threw life preservers disguised as extra tater tots. Now nobody's watching." The school brought Mrs. Chen back. Part-time. Not to serve food. Just to be there. They called her position "Student Wellness Observer." She's 68 now, walks with a cane, can't lift heavy trays anymore. But she still memorizes all 600 names by the third day. Still knows who needs what. Still saves kids during lunch periods when everyone else is just serving food. My daughter graduated last month. In her speech, she thanked Mrs. Chen. "Some people teach math. Some teach history. Mrs. Chen taught us that being seen is sometimes the only thing standing between surviving and giving up." The whole cafeteria stood up. Turns out, weird lunch ladies who memorize names? They're the most important people in the building." . Let this story reach more hearts.... .
