1.She rarely repeats it like that in the source material.
2.The repetitive "Kurosaki-kun" is entirely anime filler propaganda.
3.She literally addresses Ichigo by his first name ("Ichigo") in the official English manga translation.

i wish yall would have been around during serialization to see fans opinions on manga reader forums. i'm sure there's still some posts out there where you can see people complaining about her amount of panel time and all the kurosaki-kuns she was saying every other page 💀
