That is why the convention parliament of 1688/9 debated for days these two words "abdicated" and "absconded". They settled on abdicated for a reason, that reason is still law today. Perjuring your oath is serious! Deadly serious. Only some legal historians and middle class will understand this. But most working class will get it.

Other sources of electricity, such as natural gas, are in tight supply with sanctions against Russia and LNG blockaded in the Middle East. Wind and solar have proven to be unstable, forcing Germany to rely on France's nuclear power plants to maintain a stable electric grid. Electricity prices in Germany are 2x to 3x more expensive than the USA, which is forcing Germany's manufacturers to close and move production to other countries. Lousy energy policy has consequences.
