The first problem was responding to the question about EXPERIENCE AND FEE, with only fee. Plus, mentioning your samples is basically giving the client more mental work. When a clients asks for your experience, the first response is to give your most impressive number. "I helped X company achieve ABC" "I was able to drive XYZ result in ABC timeframe" That re-contexualizes the conversation and makes them see you as an investment, not a cost. Then, you send your samples. Don't ask. Send a screenshot or link of your best work, and mention WHAT result you generated. Only then should you mention your fee.
