Local library also had the old ADV Yotsuba&! volumes, which were a hit with both me and my younger sister. She's not a big anime or manga person, but she keeps up with every new volume to this day.

ChocoMimi at age 10 was what led me to become a shojo fan! They had a few volumes in Epcot's Japan Pavilion and it was a life-changer.

When I was eight, I found The Big Adventures of Majoko in my local library's kids graphic novel section and ate up all five volumes in a matter of weeks! This was right around the time I saw my first Ghibli film as well, and they've cemented me as an anime and manga fan since!

joker blantly does not like mishima for being a little annoying and then turns around to go on a date with a murderer

I think the funniest bit about Mishima is just the fact that Joker outright does not like him It's not a player choice, every dialogue choice proves that Joker genuinely just does NOT fw Mishima and it's NOT up for discussion. He REFUSES to call Mishima his friend even once 😭
