My dad refuses to go and continues to defy how much time doctors are giving him. He is still in hospice and his days are limited but he is in the best hands with the staff there. After 2.5 weeks of being back in Illinois and putting life on hold for me, @kayleejo88 , and my son Miles…I had to make the decision for me and my family to return to Iowa. I had my goodbye with my dad Friday night and I am at peace with it. He is still fighting and I wouldn’t trade the last couple of weeks with him for anything. I’ll be back on @OffTheBenchKXnO tomorrow at 2. Looking forward to being back and having a little normalcy back in my life for a brief time. I can’t thank people enough for reaching out and checking in. ❤️🙏
