From our GES PTO: Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries will host a spirit night for GES on Monday, April 20th. The event will start at 4pm and end at 8pm. 10% of our sales during this timeframe will go to the school. We look forward to seeing you all there! @deyo_stephen

Mulch, muscles, and a whole lot of fun! We are using the amazing resources from Treetop Flyer Service, and we are getting our hands dirty to make sure our new fruit trees and bushes have the best home possible. Stay tuned for more updates as things start to bloom! @deyo_stephen

Our school garden is thriving! A big thank you to Mr. Channon Clamp from Treetop Flyer Service, a local hero, for generously donating a peach tree, a thornless blackberry bush, and the mulch and compost for their care! @deyo_stephen

Who knew a simple rhythm could be a brain roadmap? Our Little Scouts discover that Music is more than fun; it’s vital for early development. Making shakers helps build fine motor skills, connect rhythms to math and reading, and find their "beat" in a group! @deyo_stephen

Our Vehicle Career & Farm Day reached new heights with a spectacular SLED helicopter landing right on our GES field! A huge thank you to the SLED team for taking the time to explain the technology, the pilot’s role, and the importance of their work to our students! @deyo_stephen

Our Little Scouts visited Mrs. Marshall in the OT/PT room! We navigated an obstacle course to see how gross motor movement helps build neurological pathways vital for reading, writing, and math success. Proof that moving is the best way to learn! @deyo_stephen
