I've seen pretty disappointing takes on the timeline with people getting on a hate train against Abb*t and Sh*wn and people jumping on conclusions with her exit only for him to be this sweet and supportive about their dynamic and Samira.

@d_nniedarko If anything, the way he's arranging the shift with Shen at the beginning seems very much in character with who he's been so far - and so does the rest of his appearances: an attending delegating and doing his job to keep his shift from going to shit with the mess during day.

I honestly also think people are trying to find reasons to dislike the season and the remained characters that were linked to Samira in some way, which I don't think is valid. Yes, you can be bothered with how she was treated. But objectively? Abbot continues to be Abbot.

i did not think abbot was OOC this episode. the truth is we don’t know much about this character but what we have seen in tonight’s episode is pretty on brand. he has been first introduced as the night shift attending standing on a roof after a rough shift 1/
