Agree, for that is not the diligence of a good father of a family. There is no way that a father will bring his children in dangerous straits and water esp if they don’t know how to swim.

Tab Baldwin had been told beforehand that Divine was one of the players who couldn't swim, then the decision should have been simple, Keep him out of the water. Especially when you were aware of the dangers, the rip currents, and the risks that came with that beach..

You may not like it, you may complain, but that’s how the system goes. You say it’s wrong, but wait until you become the person of interest. Procedural law protects you. Otherwise, you can be forced to admit guilt against your will.

What government agencies are not telling you is that when they issue a subpoena, either the respondent or his lawyer can appear at the proceedings. It may disappoint some, but it is what it is. Also, when a person lawyers up, he may choose not to answer, upon advice of counsel.
