Obesity related illnesses kill 30 000 people annually in South Africa surpassing HIV.
My obsession with weight loss isn’t some joke, it has a deep scar that reminds me I could’ve guided my mother better in being more present enough to manage her weight, failed as a son but Im not gnna fail anyone moving forward.

It’s funny how relatable this is to me. I come from a family of obesity & lifestyle diseases, I decided at the age of 17 to break the chain. At 17 I was already jogging & eating less. I’m in my early 40s & eat once-twice a day, sleep, hydrate & workout. It works for me.
