Indian cities need laws regarding pet dog poop. In the USA the fine for your dog shitting in public is ~$200-300. Or arnd 15,000-20,000 rupees. Since there is a fine, owners walk their dogs with a poly bag ready to pick up d shit. But Gurugram is a pet dog shit strewn city
