@gwpics We'd recommend using the main handset via the Hub, if you have additional handsets we can arrange a engineer to come out and put in some cabling to ensure these work also?

@virginmedia I have a fault with my landline which I reported over a week ago. I was promised I would be contacted but nobody has been been back to me. I have no dial tone and it doesn’t ring.

@gwpics 150 would only work on the landline. It wouldn't work on a mobile service. Okay. Do you have the landline plugged into the hub? If so, this must be plugged into the TEL 1 port only. It won't work on any other port. Can you confirm the landline is in the TEL 1 port?

@virginmedia This has happened since my system was upgraded by your people by sending a new high speed modem.

@virginmedia Status checker shows nothing wrong, people can ring me but I can’t hear them. I have tried calling 150 on my mobile but it says it is not available at the moment.
