Hey guys. The refs have been bad both ways. The Ivisic tip back was an offensive goaltend. The Kylan foul was a momentum squashing miss. I think the audit will show Illinois has been screwed slightly more but BOTH teams have contentions.

There's an Iowa section behind the bench that is now counting the amount of seconds that Tomislav Ivisic is spending in the lane. They got to 11 seconds on the last count.

@SethDavisHoops what would be the reason to punch the ball? it's not a football game and the play was long since dead. He was very, very fortunate he didn't make enough contact for ejection and the fact that it was whistled as a double technical was wild

My interpretation was that Folgueiras was trying to punch the ball. If he tried to punch Condon he would have connected because he was lying on top of him. It was up to the refs to determine whether he made enough contact with Condon to warrant an ejection, and apparently they did not.
