Starmer’s ban on social media isn’t a ban for 17 year olds and below.
It’s a ban for the entire population, until you identify yourself and link your social media to your ID.

The issue is that Bethesda was trying to do 3 things at once:
Make an allegory for racism
Portray class conflict
Teach a lesson that good intentions can have unpredictable consequences
That's not an impossible thing to do, but it requires skill beyond what their writers have
