America is straining under the weight of division. It means remembering that the health of our nation depends not on one side winning, but on all of us refusing to let hate define us. The warning is clear: if we keep feeding division, it will consume us. But the hope is just as clear: if enough of us choose humanity over hostility, we can begin to heal. And while we hope this division never leads to open conflict, we must remain vigilant. Train yourself to defend your loved ones and yourself. Prepare for uncertainty. Be ready for anything. Because peace is always the goal, but strength is what ensures it endures.
