We've watched thousands of students use AI to study. The ones who improve the fastest don't use it to get answers, the ones who use it to explain their thinking and get challenged back. Big difference between using AI for answers and using AI for learning.

Making mistakes on a practice exams are some of the best studying you can do. Testing yourself before you feel "ready" is called retrieval practice, and can massively impact memor Struggle early, perform when it counts.

I used to think studying longer is studying better, feeling long continuous hours at a desk is the ultimate commitment. Turns out thats not the case. Our brains aren't built for marathons. It's built for sprints with recovery. 25 minutes of real focus, then a break. That's how memory actually forms!

Most students study by re-reading their notes. We've all been there, feeling productive but having an empty brain at the end. What works instead: close everything and write down everything you remember from scratch. The brain needs that struggle to build memories. Don't avoid it!
