@iamsubzero disappointing raspberry ripple. No ripple just vanilla ice cream with a little sauce on top. Same goes for a strawberry one we had. Gutted!

Disappointing response from @iamsubzero today. We wanted to pre order around 12 desserts to celebrate the work and success of all our @TonyrefailCS volunteers that have worked tirelessy this last 12 wks providing over 12,000 packed lunches to vulnerable children in the community.

@LEANNEPARS @TonyrefailCS We completely agree that the response you’ve had today isn’t the one we have built our reputation on over the past 60 years. We’ll rectify this if you’ll give us the chance...

@iamsubzero @TonyrefailCS To prepare 12 desserts whilst we waited would've been more hassle for you and us, especially with social distancing measures in place. We were going to send 1 to collect rather than 6 or 7. It would be helpful if staff had a more helpful approach rather than being so dismissive!
