Clearly not mindful enough and even if so, ambivalent to the reality that accommodating them means distorting an entire competition and football Pyramid just to do so - for the sake of providing "minutes" that their own structures reticently and demonstrably fail to provide...

So teams just get gifted tier 3 football now because they are part of a badge? Tier 3 is the toughest league in the pyramid and teams earn their way into it! Kids need to drop the egos and go and play competitive football for 3/4 years in T5/T4 and then watch the progression!
