For three days, 16th – 18th November, 2025, Abuja became a gathering point for survivors, bereaved families, safety advocates, world leaders, policymakers, medical experts, and civil society. They all united for one purpose: “To put victims at the centre of road safety action”. Through testimonies, panels, memorial sessions, side events, and collaborative discussions, IRCVAC 2025 amplified the voices too often unheard and set a new standard for prevention, justice, support, and accountability across the continent. Today we remember Mr. Bernard As we continue the conversation from IRCVAC 2025 where we listened to pain, to courage, to unfinished stories. The first round of training was a two day Refreshers Course for Drivers.
