@AnomalyConexus I hate fluffed books. You gotta find the right ones. But yes, the 80/20 rule applies to most of them. But I get many more ideas from books than short form versions. And I'm interested most in the ideas that sprout.

@itschasemac most books are 200 pages of fluff and 30 pages of value but they make people feel "productive"

Reading a book a week means you're reading a lot. But how many of those lessons are you applying? It's better to read a few books a year, followed by action... rather than 52 books a year, followed by an ego boost.
