@_RossPhillips Will watch! The ILM doc on disney+ also delves into Steve & Mark’s ILM ‘mutiny’. The stop mo examples out there are only rough animatic tests. Wish we saw a finished ‘go mo shot’. However, the influence of stop mo craft on the CG is undeniable. You seen the Dino input device?

funny to think that if it had been in stop motion, it still would have looked great, as we wouldn't have had anything to compare it too. But when you see the two versions of this same shot, it's pretty clear which works best

@PatrickTOsborne Agreed. The scene between the officer and his superior (with a spot of light tailoring) was a stand out. Chernobyl was defo on the moodboard.

one episode into Andor and I'm hoooked. Characters first, doesn't feel meddled with or watered down. the world is rich. That brick based architecture is weird and so original.
