The Number 1 way I’ve beaten brain fog and burnout is by documenting everything. I don’t mean making YouTube videos, I mean writing things down. Just the date on a page and write down everything you’ve done that day and future plans for the day/week/month. Once things are written down it opens your mind up to allow more information and thought in.

When people say "Don't follow your passion, follow the money" The issue is most people lack self-discipline. Plenty of money to be made in Waste Disposal, but most people would struggle to get out of bed to start that biz. They would have to build their self discipline and THEN start the creating the biz. Or, do something you are passionate about & improve your self discipline whilst building. You're gonna find success quicker if you can jump out of bed in the morning, rattle through your to-do list. Then when you got money, go hire some people to build that waste disposal company with you if you really want to.
