Saldırgan önce e-posta adresimi ve kullanıcı adımı değiştirdi, ardından hesabın yaş bilgisini 13 yaş altına çevirerek hesabımı kapattırdı. Elimde Instagram’ın gönderdiği e-posta değişikliği ve kullanıcı adı değişikliği bildirimleri, şirket evrakları ve tüm kanıtlar bulunuyor. Buna rağmen hesabıma erişemiyorum. Daha da kötüsü, hesabı ele geçiren kişi Bitcoin karşılığında hesabı geri vereceğini söyleyerek benden para talep ediyor. 14 yıllık bir medya markasının ve 1.6 milyon takipçili bir hesabın bu şekilde yok edilmesi kabul edilemez.
