The first official said it was unclear whether European countries providing their funds for the initiative to bolster Ukraine understood how the money was being spent.

They sent the money. And now Trump refuses to deliver because of the war he started with Iran. A war involving Iran is no longer just about the Middle East. It is reshaping the battlefield in Ukraine as well.
