@BWWings just had the most incredible bartender and waitress at your Kaneohe Hawaii location. Been here several times and never experienced the level of customer service as I did with Rachel Kehaulani. Several other employees passed our table without a word, Rachel was amazing.

@delta currently on flight 2905 from sea to las. We had a delay a literal flat tire. The flight attendants on this flight were extraordinary. They provided exemplary service and are exactly the reason that I am a proud and loyal Skymiles member. Kudos to the whole crew.

@MBonvoyAssist my family isstaying at the Courtyard @Marriott in Laie, HI. There is no electricity which is beyond their control but why is there no backup generator. This is a safety issue and we have been offered no solutions. CONF#93730317.
