@IntuneSuppTeam Sadly this isn’t often feasible in the real world. HR always wants the account disabled immediately when someone leaves on bad terms. We can’t count on getting back the device or waiting for the wipe to go through before we disable the account.

#question What are the steps that need to be taken, in your opinion, when you need to revoke user access in an emergency. In case of an employee termination for example. Disable user in Entra. Reset password. Sign out of sessions. Disable devices. Wipe devices? .....
