I would have made a strawberry tart, with fishbone pastry base, strawberry mousse, chilli coriander ice cream and strawberry fish sauce caramel.

@heartmadeofsoul@robair20 Yes - and the actual FLAVOUR of Saffron is... I dunno, not 'yummy'... It's definitely got a place, but it's as an enhancer, not a prime flavour. It can absolutely be bitter. #MasterChefAU
