@KhanSaba1278 What you’ve got is what you’ve got. I personally would be tickled. The screed marks showes he did do that to keep the fly ash from cracking up. Over all I would hire him.

I went outside to get something from my car and the lawn guy pointed out this gap in my house wall. He said I should do something about it and suggest to call his friend who does carpentry. He told me it could costs around $200 or more to fix it. Idk y'all, I've been here for years and haven't had any issues, so I'm not sure if this will really be a problem.

House is 26 years old,pool is 20, deck was replaced 3 years ago 1st time. I retired 3 years ago. Paint failed to adhere. Sherwin Williams ate 4 gallons of paint. Re paint was on me. I don’t see how I kept up now. I am physically wore out. Any way. Save some for later.
