Friend Benefit สนิทแค่เพื่อน (Sanit just friend) Synopsis: A romantic comedy drama series that is set to poke deep at the wounds of those who secretly love their best friend. When the word “friend” becomes something both sacred and painfully heartbreaking especially for “Pik”, a young man who ends up falling in love with “Jai” his close friend who has been inseparable from him since high school through university. Their relationship is deeply intertwined in every stage of life to the point where Jai is constantly causing problems always creating drama being skilled at dating to multiple people at once and changing girlfriends/boyfriends frequently. Pik the close friend by his side always has to step in and help fix things every time. But Pik’s real problem is that Jai keeps acting overly affectionate coming to rest his head on Pik’s lap asking for hugs sleeping in the same bed and sweet talking him every single day … acting as if Pik is his boyfriend even though their actual status is only friends. The situation becomes even more uncomfortable when Pik tries to let go and break free from this chaotic friend zone cycle. But fate plays an even more cruel joke when the two of them end up “debuting as idols in the same group”! What used to be a complicated relationship in real life now becomes even heavier under the spotlight. Pik feels like he is chained by his career, forced to carry this tangled love and pain with him while pretending to stay composed, even though he is emotionally breaking inside.
