According to leaked internal documents reported by The New York Times, Amazon is aiming to replace over 600,000 U.S. jobs with robots by 2033, automating up to 75% of its operations.
This could save the company $12.6 billion between 2025 and 2027 about 30 cents per item shipped.
Amazon is deploying over 1 million robots, including bipedal bots like Digit, and has even explored softer terminology like “advanced technology” and “cobots” to downplay public concerns.

@MLBPA I'm seeing a lot of pro-salary cap talk circulating...
PLEASE do not cave on this as the CBA approaches. Salary caps are NOT good for the sport and do NOTHING. Please see the NFL, NBA and NHL for prime examples.
The @Rockies problem isn't salary caps, it's Dick Monfort and the TERRIBLE organization he has built. I feel sorry for their players.
