@hearts2cals usually it's bc the fat cell has burned away and been replaced with water, you could do a metab day and up your intake or just wait it out while drinking a loooot of water and it'll drop suddenly

@meeekina3 it's so horrible but when i see someone skinnier than me in public, or when im out with friends and i suggest lunch/a snack and they all deny like ughhh i feel so fat it's upsetting

@sknnipupi i loooove tuna packets/cans... i eat them with low fat mayo (or kewpie mayo if you're okay with more cals- it does taste better) and siracha 😩😩 it's also good with any kind of tomato sauce or lemon juice
