They didn’t choose bambi. Northern Uganda for the first 20 years of Uganda under M7 was a warzone. People in war don’t have time for school. Government actually had to create special programs to jumpstart Northern Uganda economically. Because of the war, these children grew up with barely any education to speak of, so they now make do with any jobs they can find, mostly getting jobs that need physicall strength like security guards seeing as they are genetically the strongest ethnic groups in Uganda. Northern Uganda is rising now, slowly but the peace they have enjoyed for atleast 20 years now has done wonders and the ripple effect will be seen in the jobs they will be getting in the future.
