@mellisreviews Hi Mark. Thanks for the feedback. This sounds very strange indeed. We would never support any customer getting preferential service over another. I will look into this and find out why this happened.

Can you shed any light as to why this happened, why we were made to feel like a nuisance, and why we should bother to return and spend what could be a considerable amount of money on food and drink at the Trinity? @libbrewingco

You're clearly a big group with a lovely portfolio. We've used two of your pubs during our stay in Jersey. Our visit to the Trinity was needlessly tainted by the weirdest barman behaviour I (and, clearly, your local custom) have ever experienced.
