@JacyNW Yeah, we have potentially 3 pay outs over the next year. The last one being in December of this year, is triple what the first two will be. It’s all based off how many hours you work. Definitely not free money when it’s taxed 🙃

@llinskeep Yeah, based on how many hours you work we are getting a bonus in Feb. but it didn’t come “free”, you got rewarded for the amount of hours you’ve worked since like Oct or something.

2 years into Covid. 2 years. The hospital lets us know we are getting a .75 cent raise for “all our hard work”

Earlier in the week, when I hear a coworker is out with COVID and they need weekend coverage. I’m not picking up, I just worked last weekend & again in 2 weeks. Two days later my manager offers incentive pay…ok sign me up. Why am I like this?! 🙃

I don’t know why I buy people gifts/give gifts or money for life events (baby/bridal shower or wedding/graduation/birthday) because no one writes thank yous anymore or seems to appreciate the gift.

I can already tell it’s going to be one of those days where the pets will be up my ass all day. 🙃
