@redBus_in your stupid customer support is of no help. I want full refund of this ticket + the full amount of the bus ticket that I missed because of the delay. If not provided, I will seek help with the consumer forum.

I had booked another bus from Delhi to Jaipur of 2230 PM on the same date, that I missed just because of this delay. We had to arrange an alternate transport and stay because of this problem. I was told to wait 48 hrs for the issue to resolve.

@redBus_in @FlixBus I had booked a bus (TV6434110218) from Rishikesh to Delhi on 10 May 2026 at 1415 PM. It met with an accident in middle of the journey near Roorkee and this whole drama continued to make problems and major inconveniences to all passengers for 3 hours!

@TataCLiQFashion @XpressBees_IN my order 143049915 has been delayed badly. It was shipped on 26 April (AWB: 14136860453043) and it hasn't been delivered to me even after 9 days! It had reached my location on 29 April and misrouted. Since then I have no update about this parcel.

What is this behaviour @XpressBees_IN? My parcel AWB No. 14136860453043 is misrouted again?? It reached it's destination hub on 29/04 and then misrouted again, and now it's in transit to Delhi which means it's on RTO. What is this behaviour actually?
