After 11.5 life-changing years, today is my last day at Instagram / Facebook / Meta. This was my first and only job since graduation, and I can’t articulate what an absolute privilege it was!

Noah died peacefully in his childhood home around noon on Sunday. He was the most beautiful human being, kind, generous, and loving to all who knew him. He was a dedicated illustrator, majestic athlete, killer chef, and an ardent Arsenal fan. He was a gentle giant who could (1/3)

@hendrixart As an illustration-admirer-but-not-practitioner, I’ve enjoyed seeing this outpouring of process videos. I feel like I’m being let in on the artists’ secrets. But I like the mix of static finished pieces, too.

@jessicahische We went to a Color.com testing site nearly daily when we had COVID — free.

Our family of 5 has gone through 25 COVID tests this week and will go through an additional 25+ before I’m allowed to take my mask off at home. That’s roughly $500 in cheap antigen for one person getting COVID.

I could FEEL the dangerous energy that went into writing this tribute to a slide deck software that somehow tripped over the PowerPoint bar that was mere inches from the floor. 😂

@AmritaGurney I imagine they are rather under-invested in, so perhaps this will be ammo for them!
