i’ve lost 9.8 lbs in 12 days so far june 1 vs 12 june 1 - 251.8lbs - bmi 35.1 june 3- 248.0lbs - bmi 34.6 june 8 - 245.0lbs - bmi 34.2 june 12 - 242.0lbs - bmi 33.8 end of the month goal - 230lbs - bmi 32.1 i don’t even feel like there’s much of a difference tbh
