It used to mean something else. But a listener told us that Lagoon reminds her of the process of a seed being buried only to find new life eventually. That's infinitely better than the original meaning. Dear listeners, thank you for giving our songs new meaning.

We spent almost a whole year going back and forth, to and from the studio, trying to catch “magical” takes. These takes usually ended up being the ones most raw, authentic, spur-of-the-moment. While the album talks about anxiety, shame, and grief, the process was full of joy.
