Lets say you were employee of the month two months in a row, and all of your colleagues were celebrating your performances. Over Christmas you catch a cold, car needs repairs and you feel fatigued and can’t put 100% into your work or even get to the office. When the busy period is over, you’re putting in 100% effort again but not seeing the work output you were when you were employee of the month. Would you feel okay if your colleagues or suppliers were constantly on your back, would that help your output levels? Or would you want the support from your peers, to help you to return to your best, hit deadlines and earn another employee of the month award, or an end of year bonus? Just think about how you choose to support our club, the club you LOVE, for the final 15 games.
