@ellafadesaway edtwt has actually fucked w my head bc if somebody else eats 2k i tell them its just maintenance (bc it is) but when i do it Myself its a binge (it actually isnt)

already had 2000 calories today does this count as a binge or just at maintenance????

Sometimes I feel like a little out of place here cause my intake is so high in comparison, like i'm doing 800-900 daily like that's even a healthy deficit and also I do eat 2-3 times every day, I can't be STARVING all day while at work and college I would not function
