BO5 format is completely random and very hard to play but it's challenging and playable. TPP is very complicated but it's challenging and playable. 60 fps computers are not playable. They make good teams with insane superstar shooters suffer every single second of gameplay.

I wanna speak out about PCs we are playing on during this PGS event. It's absolutely unacceptable to give us 60fps computers on international lan where best team compete for millions of dollars. It's happening from time to time but this PGS is just terrible. PLEASE CHANGE IT.

Team POVs is a great addition to battle royal esports. With some small changes in terms of muting microphones after death and other stuff which gonna be addressed to TO, it's really nice. Our fans can deeply understand what's happening and experiencing emotions with us. Love it.

2026 @PUBGEsports GLOBAL ROADMAP IS UP... Confirms the following: - NEW ESPORTS PASS, Revamped Pick'Ems and IN-GAME Esports Fantasy League - Regional Series in April and September - PNC in June, EWC in July, PGC in December (no dates, even for first PGS series) Each region to turn into "Players Tour" format of Scrim -> Cup -> Regional Series Roadmap confirms PUBG Master Series for rest of APAC, and official split of APAC into Thailand, Vietnam and Master Series. Each PGS in 2026 is 12 Global Partners + 12 invited teams (no, there's no list of Global Partners or PGS invites) "Second-half PGS selection heavily weighs first-half Regional Series performance" (exact quote from Krafton) First-half PGS results and Regional Series will qualify to EWC Each PGS cycle will have three Series, each with different format AND results impacting the rest of Series Series 1: Groups into Winners/ Survival into Final (sounds like 2023 PGS format return) Series 2: No groups, Winners/ Survival into Final (guess: Series 1 Finalists will start Series 2 in Winners) Series 3: just Survival Stage into Grand Finals (guess: Top 8 of Series 1 and 2 will be invited directly to Finals) PGC 2026 will remain 32 teams, top 8 of PGS points + 23 teams from Regional Series + Wild Card "PGC will operate with a tiered seeding/stage structure" Money for 2026 season: - PGS prize pool is $2 million per year, $500k per Series - 100k per Series 1 and 2, 300k per Series Final -Regional Cups prize pool set to "around $130,000 total" - $1 million per year in Partner Team Annual Support (no mention of team skins in the Roadmap) - Prioritizing alignment between Ranked Mode and competitive settings (for the fourth year running!)

Krafton has reorganized their @PUBGEsports department earlier this year, as reported by @kenzi131 of Daily Esports and what I can backup with additional details. According to today's Kenzi report, Krafton has terminated their contract with Minho Yi, VP and head of PUBG Esports at Krafton, last month (January 2026). Yi, who was previously a PD for MBC Sports and MBC Drama and a head of Esports broadcast division at Riot Games Korea, has joined Krafton at the end of 2020. In addition, Kenzi has reported that a team leader-level employee and two other employees of PUBG Esports division has left the company, with additional staff being moved to other departments within Krafton. I can report that the "team leader-level employee" is most likely Jay Shin, who was the lead of PUBG's Global Esports Management team and has announced his Krafton exit last week. Additionally, I can confirm that Choi Youngjoo, who was the lead Social Media Manager of PUBG Esports, has also left the company earlier this year. According to Kenzi, Krafton has reportedly appointed Park Soo-Yong, an esports manager at PUBG, as new acting head of PUBG Esports. ----------------------------------------------------- When asked for a comment by Kenzi, Krafton official said "2026 is an important time for the expansion of PUBG Esports, and we will release a roadmap on February 9th after internal and external changes." Kenzi's report also reports that PUBG Esports players and team staff are very concerned about Krafton's decision to move to TPP starting this year, arguing that FPP and TPP modes are completely different and that changing perspective like switching to a whole new game. An anonymous staff from one of KR teams stated to Kenzi "In the case of FPP, there is a tension because the information we have is limited. It adds fun to the games. In the case of TPP, you can easily win in an anomaly, not when you have good skills. It is true that it does not fit with professional games."

ADOUZ1E@ADOUZiE·
Hello to the entire PUBG esports community. I would like this message to be shared and translated to all regions that participate in and watch PUBG tournaments. My mental health has been severely affected, and for several days now I haven’t been able to sleep properly. That’s why I’m writing this message at 6 a.m., hoping that it will help me. The reason for this is the recent decisions made by the Krafton esports department. I kept everything inside for a long time and tried to communicate through the contacts available to me, but I was simply ignored. That’s why I believe I have the right to say everything here. To begin with, all PUBG fans remember PGC 2023 and the incident where all of our gaming PCs on stage were shut down due to a power surge. I still don’t understand how this could happen to only one team out of 16, if the power source for the entire stage was the same. We lost one game, and in the end we were just 3 points short of making the finals — a goal we had been working toward for an entire year. After this incident, two Krafton representatives invited us to a meeting to discuss the situation. They promised to talk to partner teams and find a way to compensate for this failure on the organizer’s side. However, six months later, I received an email stating that no compensation solution had been found, along with another apology. I let this situation go, thinking that such injustice toward me and my team would not happen again. Now let’s move to the most important part — something I consider extremely unfair and unsportsmanlike. We won the PUBG Players Tour Masters WEST in the TPP format. Prior to that, Krafton announced a TPP tournament in Seoul, stating that 16 teams would be invited: 10 global partners and 6 regional teams. Obviously, these teams were supposed to be the best representatives of their regions. Before the tournament, I saw the initial version of the rulebook, where Europe had 2 GPT partner teams (NAVI and TWIS) plus 1 EU slot, which likely belonged to the Masters West winner or the best team in the entire Players Tour system. Soon after, we received an email saying that we were not invited because they needed to invite a representative from Brazil. However, in the initial version of the rules, America already had 2 slots, which FURIA already occupied based on their performance at Masters AM. The rulebook was changed, a slot for Korea was added, and instead of us, BGP was invited. I understand that the organizer can invite whoever they want, and I have nothing against Pio’s team — he is a legend of this game, and it’s obvious that fans would be happy to see BGP in Seoul instead of BB. But why does Krafton lie to us? Why can’t you state the real and truthful reason why you are not inviting us? And the last thing — something that is extremely unfair and has nothing to do with the concept of a “performance invite.” The PGS tournament system is meant to be a competition where the strongest teams from all over the world face each other. If we look at last year’s results, does BB Team really not deserve to be among the 24 invited teams? I love this game. I love competing against the best players in the world. I only wish for the growth and prosperity of esports in this game. But without an open ranking system that is used to invite teams to closed tournaments, this feels more like a closed club or a show, where a few people decide others’ fates based on personal desire rather than fairness and sporting integrity. I apologize for such a long message, but right now this is vital for me. I completely understand if you choose not to comment on or support me, as sanctions could be applied to you. But if you do decide to support me and my team, then you are a person with a big heart. Thank you ❤️
