@JD_Central Went to the 23rd March night. Just read my diary for the night. I liked the support band but didn't know who they were and I got very tired and emotional from Procession onwards. I can still remember that night. One of my favourite gigs ever.

Ebbb are a three piece from London on the Ninja Tune label who veer between slow and banging electro. Oh my god they're good. A faultless 45 minute set. I so need to see them again asap.

Out tonight at the Hope & Ruin, Brighton to see Ebbb supported by Pollyfromthedirt, on the opening night of Ebbb's short five-date headline tour. Here stupidly early.

I thought I was watching Echo and the Bunnymen for the first time but my wife has informed me I've seen them three times before. So I'm watching Echo and the Bunnymen for the fourth time at @BrightonCentre - unexpectedly great.

Echo and the Bunnymen on top form. No problems with Mac's voice. A greatest hits set, 80 minutes-ish, two encores. What more could you want?

Out tonight to see the Bunnymen supported by Mutant Vinyl at the Brighton Centre. Hopefully Bunnymen fully recovered from their illness earlier in the week.

Headliners were Bristol/London three-piece Mould who did a blistering 40 minute set with plenty tracks from their first album launching in June.

Out tonight at the Prince Albert to see Mould, Regal Cheer and Aeternum. First up were Aeternum a Brighton-based grungy shoegazing four piece. Who show a lot of promise.
