A day in DC with the best 8th graders and Chaperones!

Pulled out some Baldridge methods today - the students developed our classroom expectations through a looks like, sound like, feels like brainstorming activity. I’m letting them take ownership in creating an environment where all students can be and do their best.

Wait ... don't throw away those eclipse glasses! We are going to collect them at school and help them find their way to schools in Latin America for the Oct 2024 eclipse. Students can give them to their science teacher or drop them in the box in the Main Office. @HallieWellsMS

Such a proud mom moment watching my 22 year old daughter, Alex compete in her first full distance Ironman triathlon after so many months of training and hard work! She is chasing a dream she has had since watching her dad first do this 11 years ago!

Looking forward to meeting my students’ caregivers at our annual BTSN! I can’t wait to tell them how awesome their students are 😀
