TADC releasing in theatres and selling out the showings is one of the biggest financial wins for indie animation rn While it might upset people, this will literally fund more Glitch shows and proves that silly internet shows are actually serious and increases the possibility.

@marohamode @eduardoithink Crazy for me to hear tbh. Never heard anyone contacting the cinema here, the movie either is played or it isnt and tough luck. I was so surprised when we got Chainsawman like a month after US screening.

my last thoughts on this is people think we're overreacting but if this was europe exclusive americans would cry way more than this

@patros36 @eduardoithink most popular theatre chains have a thing where if they get enough demand for a movie that's already put itself into select theatres they'll add it to their screenings, happened with Iron Lung and many other movies, may have to have MORE demand with smaller theatres but yeah
