When I was an intern on the Paramount lot in the '90s, Deep Space Nine was filming. What a thrill to hit the food truck outside Stage 3 each day and have lunch surrounded by Klingons, Cardassians & Ferengi.

My most reactionary opinion about Star Trek is that it's bullshit that they stopped shooting the movies and shows on the Paramount lot. And if your alien planet doesn't look like Vasquez Rocks or a water treatment plant in Van Nuys, I don't want it.
