After months of trying to mind my own business, I finally contacted the HOA.
This is what my neighbor wears while mowing the lawn almost every weekend.
Before anyone says it—yes, she's on her own property and can wear whatever she wants.
But we live in a neighborhood where kids ride bikes, families spend time outside, and houses sit right on top of each other. At some point, doesn't living in a community come with at least a little consideration for the people around you?
I kept telling myself to just ignore it. Eventually, though, it started feeling like everyone else was expected to adjust while she did whatever she wanted.
Maybe I'm old-fashioned. Maybe I'm overreacting.
But am I really wrong for thinking there's a difference between being comfortable and drawing attention to yourself in a family neighborhood?
Did she deserve to be fired
The NY Knicks fan who was caught on tape pouring trash on the sidewalk and then stealing a commercial trash can has been fired from her job at JP Morgan Chase and has now been fined $300 from city.
Do you think she deserves it.
Kaleb and I went out for dinner last night and I left a $20 tip on a $125 bill. The waiter didn't take it well and told us we shouldn't be going out to eat if we can't afford to tip at least 50. Now we're wondering if $20 isn't really enough.
